Managed IT
Servers, Virtualization & Directory
Overview
Every application, mailbox, and shared file in your business sits on top of servers. When that layer is built well, everything above it runs quietly. Our team designs server infrastructure to fit how you actually work: on-premise where you want local control, hybrid where the cloud earns its place.
Virtualization lets one set of hardware do the work of many. Using VMware/ESXi, KVM, and Docker, we consolidate your workloads so there are fewer machines to maintain, cleaner separation between services, and room to grow without starting over each time.
Windows Server and Active Directory put people and access in one place. You decide who can sign in, what they can reach, and which policies apply, and joining or removing a team member becomes a few clicks instead of a scramble across disconnected systems.
We also handle the services your day depends on: corporate email set up for reliable deliverability so messages reach inboxes, centralized file sharing with permissions that mirror your team structure, and automated backups running in the background so a bad day never turns into a lost week.
We don't set things up and disappear. If you're in Oman, we can work on-site; across the wider GCC, we support you remotely. Either way, we build the foundation, keep it running, and grow it with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with our existing servers, or does everything need replacing?
We start with what you have. In many cases your current hardware can be virtualized and reorganized to do more, and we only recommend new equipment where it genuinely pays off. The goal is a setup that fits your budget and your workload, not a rip-and-replace.
We're not in Muscat. Can you still support us?
Yes. For clients in Oman we can be on-site when it helps, and across the GCC we handle setup, administration, and day-to-day support remotely. Most server, directory, and backup work is done securely without needing someone in the room.
What happens to our data if a server fails?
Automated backups are part of every setup we build, running on a schedule so a recent copy of your data is always available. Combined with virtualization, a failed machine can be restored or moved to healthy hardware with much less disruption than a single physical server would allow.
