What the assessment actually looks at
We start with how your business runs rather than with a product list. Where the work happens, which systems people depend on daily, what breaks often enough that everyone has a workaround for it, and what would actually stop you trading if it failed on a Sunday morning.
From there we look at the practical layer: your network and how the branches connect, where your files and email live and who controls them, what happens to your data if a machine dies, and which of your systems are old enough to be a security problem rather than just slow.
You do not need to prepare anything or know the terminology. Showing us around and answering plain questions about how you work is the whole input we need.

What you get, and what we will not do
You get a short written summary of what we found, what we would do first, and what can safely wait. Priorities matter more than the list itself, because almost every business we visit has more it could fix than it needs to fix this quarter.
Where the work is worth quoting, the quote is itemised, so you can compare it properly against anyone else. Where it is not worth doing, we say that too. Telling a business its current setup is fine costs us a sale and is the reason people call us back.
What we will not do is sell you a package before we understand the problem, or quote a monthly figure for support you do not need. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation afterwards.
