1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the BudTech website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here is always the current one (see Section 6).

2. Description of Services

BudTech LLC ("BudTech", "we", "us") is an IT consulting and managed-services company based in Muscat, Oman, working with clients across Oman and the wider GCC. Our services include:

This Site is informational: it describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us. It isn't an online store, and browsing it doesn't create a contract between us. Any actual engagement for services is agreed separately, in writing.

3. Acceptable Use

When you use this Site, including the contact form, please don't:

  • submit false or misleading information
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it
  • use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful content

4. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, and design on this Site belong to BudTech, or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to browse and link to the Site, but copying or reusing its content for commercial purposes needs our permission first.

5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

We keep this Site up to date as best we can, but we don't guarantee it's complete, current, or error-free, and we don't promise uninterrupted access. The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content. To the extent the law allows, BudTech isn't liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services or this Site change. Whatever's posted here is the current version. Check back occasionally if you'd like to stay up to date.
