AVISA: shipping agency software from BudTech

AVISA (Automated Vessel Invoicing & Shipping Architecture) is BudTech's shipping agency software. It keeps each shipment on one record, from the booking to the last invoice.

What it handles

• Demurrage and detention per container, against free time set by cargo class, and a live list of every box still at the terminal.
• One directory of shippers, consignees, forwarders, notify parties and agents.
• One catalogue of the charges you bill, with VAT per charge, and invoices in OMR, USD or any currency you hold a rate for.
• The lines you represent: their fees and commission, the port and supplier bills you owe, and a port P&L.
• The Bayan cargo manifest workbook for each vessel arrival, OICT terminal service requests, and one tracker for every filing.
• A register of every container, depots and terminal yards by port, and container surveys with coded damage lines.
