Why an honest quote needs a visit
Anyone who quotes you a firm price for CCTV over the phone is guessing. Two sites that look alike from the street can need very different systems, because what drives the cost is not the building, it is what you need to see and how the cable can get there.
A shop with one entrance and a till is a different problem from a warehouse with a yard and three roller doors. Ceiling height, how the building is constructed, where power already exists, how far the furthest camera sits from the recorder, and how much daylight hits the entrance all change the answer. So does the question nobody asks early enough, which is how many days of footage you actually want to keep.
A survey takes the guesswork out on both sides. You get a number you can rely on, and we get to quote for the system you need rather than a generic package.

What you get at the end of it
You get a written, itemised quote and a plan of what goes where. It is yours to keep, and it is deliberately detailed enough that you can put it side by side with a quote from someone else and compare like with like. That is the point of itemising it.
You also get an honest opinion. If your existing system only needs a clean, a repair and a bigger drive rather than replacing, we will say so. If a cheaper layout covers the same risk, we will show you that instead. We would rather quote for the right job than win the wrong one.
